I go to Scotland every July and I have been visiting St. Andrews, the home of golf, for three decades. It has become like a second home to my wife and I. We love the people of Scotland and the beautiful country, but most of all, the great golf courses. Also, I have been fortunate to be a member of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club for more than a decade.
I have put together this section to give you some views on the golf courses of St. Andrews and issues with the caddies. Unfortunately, caddies in America are fast becoming a dying breed. Caddies at St. Andrews and other parts of Scotland are a wonderful experience and I hope that you will find some of the letters to the editor and other articles in this section to be of interest. When you visit St. Andrews, I highly recommend that you choose to use a caddie and that you further ask for an experienced Scottish caddie.
